We love what we do here at The Tribe. The excitement, the amazing clients and the variety of work, means there’s never a dull moment. And when we’re under the pump, we love it even more!

A couple of weeks ago we received a call from a client – a regional manager at the Bendigo Bank in Geelong, who was preparing for a visit from some eager students from Newcomb Secondary College. They were out and about attending large workplaces within the region, learning what people do for a living and hearing about the different paths the employees took to get the roles in these organisations. The dilemma? They didn’t realise until only a few days before the students were due to arrive, that a video needed to be presented. And here’s where we jump in!

After the urgent call asking if we could help them put together a video (of course we can!), we quickly whipped up one of our packages specifically designed for social media use; put a concept together on working with four of the Bendigo Bank employees to help tell their story; and then set to work!

Within a couple of days it was lights! camera! action! as we mic’d everyone up and ran through the bank head office and one of the city branches filming our little hearts out. The next day it was edited, sent to the bank for approval, and it’s pretty safe to say they were over the moon! In fact, the two managers involved even got a little teary, feeling like proud parents of their dedicated employee performances. The very next day the students visited and it all went off without a hitch.

We love a success story like this and we couldn’t have been happier to be able to do the job for them and under such a tight schedule. It was a fantastic result for all involved, and that’s the kind of service we like to offer any of our clients.
